WebJan 11, 2024 · I called Ford customer support and was told that this is a known problem--when the app is updated to the 2.6.0 version--the FordPass app will sometimes lose the vehicle location feature. Access to all of the functions is working. I still use my IPhone 6 plus (looking at the 12 mini )and I checked mine and all is working fine. WebDec 4, 2024 · Received 156 Likes on 117 Posts. I used the app for a few months and liked it, but after the IOS 14 update, the app started killing my battery, so I deleted it. I reinstalled it just now, and saw that one of the messages from Ford mentioned this being an issue. Hopefully this has been resolved in the latest update of Ford Pass.
